Ingredients
  

Snack Mix
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula
  • Zip-top bag or container

Method
 

  1. Place Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mixture over cereal and gently fold to coat.
  5. Transfer to bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until coated.
  6. Spread out to cool, then serve.

Notes

Allow to cool fully before storing to prevent clumping.
