- Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- In a bowl cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and milk.
- Add heat-treated flour and salt and mix until cookie dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into small 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate dough balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each cookie dough ball into melted chocolate and place back on parchment.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
