Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp culinary lavender dried
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Mix crumbs, butter, and honey and press into pan.
  2. Chill crust until firm.
  3. Warm cream with lavender and steep.
  4. Strain and cool infused cream.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add honey, vanilla, and salt.
  7. Mix in lavender cream.
  8. Pour filling over crust.
  9. Chill until fully set.

Use culinary lavender only and avoid over-steeping.
