  • 1.5 cups Biscoff biscuits crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 0.5 cup Biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
  2. Press into cups to form base.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and Biscoff.
