Ingredients
  

Oreo Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies filling included
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract adjust to taste
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping
  • 16 Oreo cookies chopped

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Spatula
  • 9-inch springform pan

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  5. Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight before slicing.
