- Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Fold in chopped Oreos.
- Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes before serving.
