Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Pulse walnuts and almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add dates and blend until sticky.
- Add cocoa, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend until combined.
- Press mixture into pan and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Slice into squares and serve.

Store refrigerated up to 7 days or freeze up to 3 months.
