Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk or water
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil or butter

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm liquid and sugar.
  2. Mix dough and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Cook covered in skillet on low heat.
  5. Flip and finish cooking until golden.

Notes

Low heat and a tight-fitting lid are essential for even cooking.
