Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup plain yogurt optional

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm water and sugar.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Shape, cook on skillet, and serve warm.
