  • 1.5 cups mixed olives pitted
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate arils
  • 0.33 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Toast walnuts until fragrant and cool.
  2. Combine olives, pomegranate, and walnuts.
