  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup green chilies diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and sear seasoned chicken until golden.
  2. Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
  3. Add chilies, cream cheese, and cream to form sauce.
  4. Return chicken and top with cheese.
  5. Cover and simmer until cooked through.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
