Ingredients
  

Cowboy Spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 28 oz
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot; add onion and garlic.
  2. Stir in spices and tomato paste.
  3. Add tomatoes, broth, corn, and spaghetti.
  4. Simmer until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in cheese and rest before serving.

Notes

Add a splash of broth when reheating if pasta thickens.
