Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz dry pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add broth, milk, and pasta to the pot.
  3. Cook uncovered, stirring, until pasta is tender.
  4. Season and stir in parmesan until creamy.
