Method
- Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to pan and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry (optional) and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to pan and toss to coat in sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
