Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook beef with onion and garlic until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water. Remove from heat.
- Layer half the chips on the sheet, top with beef and cheese. Repeat with remaining chips, beef, beans, and cheese.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
- Top with tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, guacamole, and sour cream. Serve hot with lime wedges.
Notes
For vegetarian nachos, skip the beef and add corn, peppers, or refried beans.
