Pan Fried Potatoes
  • 4 potatoes sliced or cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice potatoes evenly; pat dry thoroughly.
  2. Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cook 10–15 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy.
  5. Add onions and garlic; cook until tender and caramelized.
  6. Top with parsley and serve hot.

Notes
