Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil and sear salmon skin-side down.
  3. Flip and cook until done.
  4. Make sauce with butter, garlic, lemon.
  5. Spoon sauce over salmon and serve.

Notes

Do not overcrowd pan. Use fresh lemon and dill for best flavor.
