Ingredients
  

Dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup crab meat lump
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add cheeses and stir well.
  4. Fold in crab meat and spinach.
  5. Add garlic, spices, and lemon juice.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with butter.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Use fresh crab for best flavor and drain spinach well.
