Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Roast seasoned potatoes at 425°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and butter.
  3. Add steak to pan and top with Parmesan mixture.
  4. Roast until steak is cooked and crust is golden.
  5. Rest steak, slice, and serve.
