Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.67 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Wooden spoon
  • Square baking pan

Method
 

  1. Bring sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt to a rolling boil.
  2. Boil while stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  4. Mix until smooth, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and let set before cutting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated.
