- Bring sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt to a rolling boil.
- Boil while stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Mix until smooth, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour into prepared pan and let set before cutting.
