Pavlova
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
Filling
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Whip egg whites and sugar.
  2. Bake pavlovas.
  3. Prepare lemon curd and coulis.
  4. Assemble and serve.
