Salad
  • 2 peaches ripe, sliced
  • 1 ball burrata 8 oz
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Slice peaches and halve tomatoes.
  2. Arrange peaches, tomatoes, and basil on a serving platter.
  3. Place burrata in the center and gently tear it open.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve burrata at room temperature for the creamiest texture.
