Ingredients
  

Muffins
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups peaches diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  3. Combine mixtures and fold in peaches.
  4. Fill muffin cups and top with crumble.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
