Ingredients
  

Oatmeal Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup peanut butter
  • 0.33 cup berry jam

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Swirl peanut butter and jam into the top.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until set.

Notes

Serve warm with extra peanut butter drizzle or fresh berries.
