Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 3 tbsp basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese shredded optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken, pesto, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  3. Place lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add pesto chicken mixture.
  5. Top with bacon, avocado slices, tomatoes, and Parmesan.
  6. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
