Ingredients
  

Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 0.5 cup pistachio paste
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layers
  • 1 cup espresso cooled
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 0.25 cup pistachios crushed

Method
 

  1. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix mascarpone, pistachio paste, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fold whipped cream into mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in espresso.
  5. Layer ladyfingers and cream.
  6. Top with pistachios and chill.

Notes

Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
