Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Egg Base
  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage crumbled
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup onion chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out dough and place on greased pan. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Pre-bake crust for 6–8 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on crust, then pour egg mixture over.
  6. Add remaining toppings.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until eggs are set.
  8. Rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
