  • 20 frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy chopped
  • 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Bring chicken broth to a gentle simmer with garlic and ginger.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Add mushrooms and carrots; simmer until tender.
  4. Add potstickers and cook until heated through.
  5. Add bok choy and simmer briefly.
  6. Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
