Ingredients
  

Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl or blender
  • Whisk
  • Nonstick skillet

Method
 

  1. Whisk or blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat and lightly grease a nonstick skillet.
  3. Pour batter into pan and swirl to coat.
  4. Cook until lightly golden, then flip briefly.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.

Notes

Add more milk if batter thickens; crepes should be very thin.
