Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill

Method
 

  1. Pack green beans, garlic, dill, and spices into jar.
  2. Heat vinegar, water, salt, and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Pour hot brine over beans.
  4. Cool, seal, and refrigerate.
  5. Chill 24 hours before eating.

Notes

Best flavor after 24 hours in the refrigerator.
