Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter with sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking well.
  4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  5. Stir in chocolate chunks and raspberries.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes and cool before slicing.

Do not overbake for best fudgy texture.
