Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry and coat with olive oil.
  3. Mix spices and rub evenly over chicken.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook 10 minutes, flip, cook another 8–10 minutes.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overcook. Use thermometer for best results.
