Method
- Roast jalapeños at 425°F (220°C) until blistered, then peel and chop.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped roasted jalapeños.
- Spread the mixture on one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
- Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.
- Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
