- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
- Mix sausage and cream cheese until combined.
- Stir in Rotel and shredded cheese.
- Add baking mix and mix until just combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
Drain Rotel well to avoid excess moisture.
