Skillet
  • 14 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Brown sausage and remove from skillet.
