  • 8 slider rolls
  • 8 breakfast sausage patties
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 8 slices cheese cheddar or American
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage patties until fully done.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper and cook until just set.
  3. Assemble rolls with sausage, eggs, and cheese.
  4. Brush tops with butter.
