Base
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns thawed (30 oz)
  • 8 eggs large
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet, drain, and set aside.
  3. Spread hashbrowns in baking dish and top with sausage and cream cheese.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings; pour over casserole.
  5. Top with cheese and bake until set and golden.
