Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Rimmed baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Season and roast potatoes until starting to soften.
  2. Season pork chops and add to pan.
  3. Roast until pork is cooked and potatoes are crispy.
  4. Rest briefly and garnish before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked pork.
