Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans tuna drained
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk finely diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast bread lightly in the oven.
  4. Top bread with tuna mixture and cheese.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Toast bread first to keep it crisp under the tuna.
