Ingredients
  

  • 4 russet potatoes large
  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup peas and carrots frozen
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes prepared
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Bake potatoes until tender.
  2. Cook meat with onion and garlic.
  3. Add vegetables, broth, and simmer.
