Ingredients
  

Shrimp Foil Pack Ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional
  • Aluminum foil

Equipment

  • Aluminum foil
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut four 12×12 inch pieces of aluminum foil and lay on a baking sheet.
  3. Divide broccoli among foil pieces and top with shrimp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over each pack. Optional: sprinkle red pepper flakes.
  5. Fold foil to seal packets tightly.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and broccoli is tender.
  7. Carefully open foil packets and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure shrimp is evenly sized for even cooking. Do not overfill foil packets to allow steam circulation.
