Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp egg beaten
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Add beaten egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt to form cookie dough.
  5. Fold in optional chocolate chips.
  6. Shape dough into a ball and place on baking sheet. Flatten with fork to create crisscross pattern.
  7. Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool 5 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep the cookie soft and chewy.
