- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

- Mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Spread garlic butter mixture evenly over cut sides of French bread.
- Top each bread half with the sloppy joe mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
