Method
- Season and add beef, onions, garlic, broth, and seasonings to slow cooker.
- Cook on low 8–9 hours or high 4–5 hours until beef is fork tender.
- Shred beef, mix cornstarch slurry, and stir into broth to thicken.
- Return beef, add noodles, and cook 20–30 minutes until tender.
- Add butter and sour cream if desired. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh. For freezing, omit noodles and add fresh when reheating.
