Method
- Grease the slow cooker and place chicken breasts in the bottom.
- Add diced celery and onion over the chicken.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly on top.
- Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 180 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Fluff stuffing and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Add extra broth if you prefer softer stuffing.
