Method
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Optional: Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil until lightly golden.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and add garlic, lemon slices, lemon juice, and broth.
- Add butter cubes on top of the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Taste sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a creamy version, stir in heavy cream at the end and simmer until thick.
