Ingredients
  

Tacos
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or American
Burger Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Equipment

  • Large skillet or griddle
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Press ground beef evenly onto tortillas and season well.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook tortillas beef-side down, pressing firmly, until crispy.
  4. Flip, add cheese, and cook until melted.
  5. Mix burger sauce ingredients.
  6. Top tacos with lettuce, pickles, onion, and sauce.
  7. Fold and serve immediately.
