- Mash chickpeas in a bowl until chunky.
- Add avocado and mash until creamy but textured.
- Stir in pickles, pickle juice, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture onto bread slices and assemble sandwiches.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Add extra lemon juice to help prevent avocado browning.
