  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup milk warm

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, egg, butter, and yeast mixture.
