- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sweetener and mix until light.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until just set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Cookies will firm up as they cool. Do not overbake.
