- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add sun-dried tomatoes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add Parmesan and seasonings, stirring until smooth.
- Toss pasta with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Serve immediately.
Notes
Add reserved pasta water gradually to achieve desired sauce consistency.
